Sketches of sections (top) along with exterior plan view. Now back in to the digital world.

 This is what I am bringing up for the facade.  The patterning is still based upon sun exposure.  Though at this point unedited, I imagine editing them with great specificity in regard to program (shelves, sinks, closets) that pierce from the exterior to the interior and are usable in the apartment.
